We have done many custom Zoom presentations on the impact of the new tax laws for donors and financial planning in advance of move-in for life-care prospects. They are recorded and shared on internal cable systems and as an update for prospects. Talk to us.
Life-care community reviews will not be interrupted. For those that utilize our on-site memory care evaluation, we hold those meetings with careful health protocols.
Communities that have limited personal meetings have the option of a tested telephone evaluation and review process. This process is proving to be effective in providing critical information without a personal meeting. Talk to us.
All payments and donor distributions continue to go out smoothly. We are working with our Cashiering partners to ensure continuity. We're ready to handle new gifts as well.
